1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SmeetX, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of SmeetX per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the software
• Use the software for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the software to another person or "mirror" the software on any other server

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or SmeetX cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page.

4. Free Trial

SmeetX may, at its sole discretion, offer a free plan with limited features. The free plan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting our support team.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you translate using SmeetX. We do not claim ownership of your translations. However, you grant us permission to process and store your translations to provide the service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SmeetX:

• For any unlawful purpose
• To violate any international, federal, or state regulations
• To transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user

8. Disclaimer

SmeetX is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SmeetX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
